I think they've always been looking for much bigger collaboration deals but they just haven't found pharma willing to pay for it - the deals they have got is all they've seen value in - still it's been 4 years since any have come back or opened new deals. New board and Tribe sure but they always come in with glowing confidence. At least they are funded through 2019 so we get to see how the year plays out.
