Gotta love these new developments. They're adding 22,000 tpa to the capacity promised by 2018. What year is it now? OOPS I FORGOT TO READ THE FINE PRINT! Next year is the 10 year anniversary for the first of a kind fast track in india starting. In 2027 we'll be getting to the 10 year anniversary for plant upgrades being scheduled. Where does the time (and money!) go?
