Large holders wanting to quit their shares will drip feed them into the market by letting the price rise on normal volume for a day or two then dump enough to pull the price back to a threshold beyond which they will not sell. This is quite common in illiquid companies where large volumes of either sales or purchases will create considerable volatility. It will stop when that holder has quit as many as he wants to or some catalyst arises which will drive the fundamentals and buyer interest beyond that sellers influence. Lets hope it is the latter.
