Soundandfury - at risk of posting something you already know I can say that CRDC have in the past used the phrase "close the loop" in describing their concept of recycling old cotton garments by shredding them and using them as a soil binder and long term soil improver on cotton farms. I have not seen any indication that Woolworths are involved in this circular CRDC concept. However Woolworths do make mention of recycling cotton without any detail in their ESG policy document. Maybe they are recycling through CRDC but I am not aware of any arrangement with CRDC or CLG.
