PH I suspect was the brown paper bag handler and fixer for AVZ and taught by his master Klaus. Klaus has shown time and time again he'll piss on SHs and sleep like a baby every time. His actions have to catch up with him at some point. NF was always the Rock Doctor in this relationship and took his current role at AVZ as no one wanted it and he saw the potiental in the resource. Their relationship been strained since AVZ started going north at a million miles and the fault entirely with Klaus with his misjudgement at dumping 95% of his shares back 2018 approx. We always knew Klaus was hidden in the back ground but I believe his been a major player with Cong trying to work AVZ over once the BOD and specially NF didn't dance to his drum. This adds another layer bullshit to the AVZ survival and Nigel certainly associated himself with some lovely folks. Let's hope this is their last gasp , as good vs evil is certainly at play here.
