    Why on earth is this company paying for two company secretaries? They haven't had anything useful to announce for over a year and when they did they chose not to. They don't have to comply with listing rules since they decided that wasn't going well and just stopped trading. Maybe just have one part time company secretary and pump all the money into lawyers.
