These 3 stooges are fighting over 1 vacant board position. Even if nobody else is nominated, good luck changing AVZ’s course at board level as the despised new kid on the block. At best, 1 of them will be a lone voice against 4 united directors.

You’ve hinted that all 3 can somehow get onto the Board. Time is not on their side, & would require a posse of 25% of AVZ shareholders to call an EGM & a spill of the Board - as far as we know, they’re only at 0.14% (don’t read that as 14% PLEASE). With their combined histories, associations with suspect actors & presumed evil intentions, they are no chance of getting 25% AVZ shareholder support to bring about a Board spill.

All a distraction anyway. Don’t like to leave this gate open for you, but we will have positive news before the AGM.
