This just beggars belief. Good companies are good from the top down and the top is the Board of Directors. Here is a board in my opinion as dysfunctional as any I have come across. Some directors will not leave. Some have left and will not stay away. Others cannot be kept. None seem to understand their legal purpose, to ensure the stability and growth of shareholder value by governing a functional organisation. Woe be this once exciting and promising technology, rapidly being supplanted by competitors who must be laughing their socks off. Of course the common denominator is, again as I see it, the damaging actions of KM.
