ill be voting NO, happy to reward performance but raising capital at a discount and diluting shareholders and then producing diddly squat doesn't warrant reward. Get aligned to shareholders and then you can be rewarded AFTER you have produced.
A$1.9m reward for 50% reduction in share holder value. - me thinks not
