I'm confident that they'll be looking at a reasonable figure also, and rusted on, substantial holders that have the power to remove board members would reject any cheap TO offer.....but like any sale, the first offer is often the best so I'm also a little wary that fatigued holders will consider any offer a good one.
We've already seen a number of posters say they'll take 50c a share (or is that in the IMU threads, can't remember)....
