Deferral of AGM
Metgasco advises that following receipt of approval from ASIC, the Annual General Meeting
scheduled for the 30th November 2015 has been deferred until 11am on 16 December 2015. The
meeting will be held at Christie Corporate, Level 4, 100 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
The reason for the deferral is to allow a general meeting to consider the disposal of the main
undertaking of the Company to the State of New South Wales to be held on the same day. The
notice for this second meeting will be issued soon.
