Notice of Annual General Meeting (last year released Oct 23rd) will be interesting this year.

If we finance drilling 100% our own, the "normal" cap raise resolution according listing rule 7.1/7.1A won't be sufficient imo. The amount of shares will exceed the thresholds.

Will we see a resolution that Invictus will raise more than in 7.1 allowed ? Will there be an additional annual meeting to ratify such a high placement after Nov 21st ? Or (my favourite alternative) things will settle in the next weeks and shareholders can approve on Nov 21st placement for drill-financing....
