After all resolutions passed at the general meeting in July, we can issue 25% again I believe.
Even with a $93m MC today at 16c, at 25% we could raise $23m without a discount. More than enough to drill 2 wells combined with the cash on hand imo. A higher SP would only enhance this position.
With a few more boxes ticked before CR, I think the SP will be substantially higher to raise cash.
