Once competitors start cutting its like a race to the bottom so existing brokers will resist unless they really start losing market share.
At $9.50/trade profitability is marginal and it's very much a volume game. Can they get enough critical mass to start turning a serious dollar? Or justify a takeover offer? Dunno but they still have an awful lot to prove to justify a $120m valuation.
