    You really think these type of deals are handled by the CEOs? It's not even at the CIO/CTO level - Norwood would be very lucky to get time with them.

    Definitely agree that "Case Studies" are marketing fluff - if they've switched from using the word "pipeline" I don't think it's a good sign. Large companies don't sign deals with small vendors with no significant reference sites. Who would pay to transition all their staff's telephony services to a small vendor with a very limited runway of money in the bank -- it would cost a lot of money to quickly exit if the vendor went under, and that's not a risk that large companies want to carry.

    I've never held NOR - I just amusingly observe from the side because I'm amazed at the amount of exposure some people here have in a speculative tech stock.
