Watch Chris reed presentation, so he said newco will take capital from neometals to fund the new cewco he said because if they raised money you would loose tax exceptions with the split. Everything else was pretty straight forward only real explanations for delays in projects was unfortunately when working with new techs things take time. I found him to be quite defensive with a lot of his answers to questions maybe he’s just as frustrated with the share price as his shareholders
