I can only recall contractual terms of the first year being published, that is an upfront fee and minimum spend by Jan 2019. After Jan 2019, I cannot see any terms, no fee, no minimum exploration spend. Richardson probably no longer needs to prove exploration expenditure and chooses not to. He may not even need to explore. He appears to be a bit of a spoiler - throwing sand in the gears of THX plans for Red Bore. We sure could have used SFR intensively drilling it, or buying it.
