There appears to be significant confusion with shareholders surrounding two important deals........

1).Hyundai dealerships uptake of Carly Subscription, is this still happening? The last update mentioned:-

"HMCA senior manager of business planning and CX innovation, Nicholas Vasilevski said company vehicles had been with Carly customers for about a month and he expects Hyundai dealers to begin participation within two months."

So the above detail would have been end of July rollout, we're now another 5months on, as a shareholder I just don't understand the poor comms on this....

2). SG-Fleets Australian expansion:-

"The strategic investment from SG Fleet, follows the Company’s March 2019 launch of Carly,Australia’s first flexible vehicle subscription service. SG Fleet Group Limited is one ofAustralia’s leading specialist providers of fleet management, vehicle leasing and salarypackaging services. SG Fleet has a presence across Australia, as well as in the UnitedKingdom and New Zealand. The company employs approximately 700 staff and hasapproximately 140,000 vehicles under management.In addition to the Placement, SG Fleet has committed to provide an initial batch of 100vehicles to the Carly marketplace, with a significant number of additional vehicles to besupplied subject to demand and economic returns. The vehicles will be provided oncommercial terms similar to those that apply to existing providers to Carly.Collaborate and SG Fleet will work together to accelerate the growth of Carly’s consumerdemand channels for car subscription and leverage SG Fleet’s significant experience andrelationships in the business and government markets to realise the substantial opportunityin this area by allowing these customers, their clients and their staff to access carsubscription via Carly."

No demand channel expansion and no additional supply leading into our busiest period........

There appears to be no urgency whatsoever, will we add these deals to all the other poorly executed deals in the past?
