The current model is not working because it operates on low margins and needs grater supply and take up to be successful. At the moment it is blaming the market, for the lack of supply , but it needs to have a more viable operation even in difficult times. That's why car ownership could be a worthwhile option, but it would need to be researched thoroughly before it was undertaken.

Although you say it is not a good situation to have the fleet operators on the board, because it is restrictive, I still think they have an incentive to make a valuable contribution to the board and the prospects of the company. No one likes to to lose money they have invested and I am sure the fleet operators like SG Fleet and Turners are no different.
