I use trading economics for checking the spot price of manganese and it matches up with the prices in E25s presentation. The arrangement if the offtake agreement is at a discount, not a premium and is based on the spot price, no fixed price agreement which is good. Have a read of the last few announcements.
The current price is below their expected price in the PFS $32.5, due to uncertainty around demand, the price has been trending lower but as the global economy picks up so will the price. The recent price reductions have not seemed to have impacted the share price like gold stocks have.
