We raised 50m while we had 15m in the bank, 6 months later we havnt finished spending the 15m we had, so for arguments sake if we waited 6 months until now to raise that 60m the share issue would be 40% less than what it was..

Yes the SP is 2$ now. but thats on the back of milestones, not the CR at $1.15.

Doing a CR at 2$ in 2 months time for money we arnt going to touch in the next 12 months seems wasteful to me. We could easily wait 12months when the SP "MIGHT" be $3-$4, then dilution is reduced by 25-50%.

I still love GLN, I still think JP is amazing at what he does.

But im also not going to just blindly accept a 150m share issue around 2$ for money that wont be touched anytime soon.
