The misinterpretation is in the fact it says 3months from the meeting, which means its a short term view.
if it had said withing 12months of the meeting i would of felt alot more relaxed because that tells me they ontend to wait until later down the track. Giving themselves a 3month window tells me they have a short term goal in mind. i doubt the SP will be much higher than 2$ in the next 3 months while it consolidates or draws back a little bit after its race to 2$
