You would almost think that Santos know Dukas is not worth the bother, but know the board want to keep the prospect in “future” play so they can keep our hopes up and more importantly keep paying them our hard earned dollars. Smoke screen? You be the judge. Whatever it is, I will put money on nothing will happen in one or two years as stated. Think hard before you vote. Don’t winge after.
