Voting against the employee share incentive scheme. Think they have handed out enough free heads & oppies to employees and management/instos. Let’s make them performance based, I have no problem with that. Issue once the company has achieved CF+ & doesn’t need any additional working capital to survive. They have done the previously with the company achieving a certain market cap. Lets get to over 200M market cap before we start thinking down that path however.
