A bit more useless information. The last notification to ASIC on purchases by Admedus Investments Pty. Ltd shows that we bought 27,124,200 shares on 1/7/15 at a price of $0.1106 per share. That amounts to just on $3m whereas our financials for 15/16 show that we increased our investment in Admedus Vaccines Pty. Ltd by $3.5m. I don't know where the rest of it went but I did receive an email from AHZ some time ago confirming - "that the discrepancy you highlighted is the result of an ASIC administrative error which is currently being corrected."
The correct number of shares on issue is 162,180,600 of which Admedus Investments holds 118,114,252 or 72.8%.
On that same date a Paula Louise Hawthorne purchased 5,000 shares @ $0.223 per share and the Form 484 shows that at that date there was a total of 157,659,900 shares on issue with a total amount paid of $56,492,575 or the equiv. of $0.3583 per share. I don't know who Ms. Hawthorne is or what connection she has with the vaccine program.
As I said before, all just speculation but it will be interesting to see what deal is negotiated. I have confidence that our management team will look after our interests.
