I don't know if Admedus management have had a great deal of experience in dealing with India (in making the statement they did), but personally I will not be expecting anything out of there any time soon. It may arrive tomorrow or it could next month and I will treat it as more of a bonus and be pleasantly surprised if it arrives early, they are notoriously slow unfortunately.
Best not to set a high expectation imo.
