We refuse to provide and asx refuse to relist as Isx under the listing rules is required to provide any documents they request. There was also a chuckle as to who from the ASX is gonna take the stand when we question them over the WBC non suspension!

I can just imagine what most judges would think of this request, whether permitted or not to request under ASX 'listing rules'.

Disgraceful behaviour from ASX. Foolish, incompetent, or both? It certainly wasn't clever.
