    Does anyone think that cracks are beginning to show in the BOD ? .. Or is it an external push to lower the SP for an offer (part or whole)? ..

    I sense shades of the past in ALKs currently stalled/controlled SP. .

    ”Intention” (used by IG) is a convenient legal term. It is not binding.

    PS: By way of disclosure I can confirm that I lost a lot in those other IG controlled stocks - AGS and ORS, but subsequently made that that up very happily with ALK and ASM. . Very different animals,I know. But I remain wary. History does often both repeat and rhyme. .. And, sadly, fiduciary duty does not, imo, coexist comfortably with major interests. .. Just my perception …
