I guess if you were thinking of buying, what would you consider the realistic downside risk to be? Would this drop below, say, $9 for example? I doubt it. I think lucky to get it below $9.50 without any drastic change to the macro picture. So reasonable downside would be in the ~10% range, whereas upside potential is ~20%+ in the next 12 months. We do have some stimulus in the works, and NZ is only a small part of the business.
