Can anyone see what we actually bought Simpec for? It appears to be 100 million shares when SP was over 30c? So $30 million, plus a good will of .5million per year, so currently since 2017 that another $2.5 million? So I assume Alltype was more as they are getting paid goodwill of 4 million, maybe I am reading it wrong, anyway WSI seems to perform better on down days on the asx which is a good thing,
