These performance rights are far too easy and should be voted against. Before the 100:1 consolidation there were three tranches of performance rights all vesting at 2c, that would be $2 now. I haven't checked if any are still current.
These proposed performance rights only require the sp to be cranked up to a value for 10 days, no actual lasting achievement is required. And $1 was nearly hit recently anyway.
