They have no cash of consequence.

They have no revenue.

They have the administration in Subiaco WA, (Cicero) with the CEO/MD located in Brisbane in another office with the associated costs

They have fees for consultancy/directors/executives/administration. Spent millions over the last 5 years

.....and now they have supposedly battened down the hatches re-spend.

How can you build a business with this model?

What is left?

Wait for the next announcement from the ASX asking how are you going to stay in business with no revenue.

The question has been asked by the ASX during the Family Insights company name.

Wild, Walker and Smith need to do a live webinar with shareholders and let them know what is going on.

..........If Frugl falls over like the rest of the business models under this ASX listing, serious questions need to be asked by the regulators.

IMO
