Interested in hearing from long time holders whether they intend to vote for the resolutions at the AGM if the share price stays where it is at the moment or increases?
It looks to be a very generous deal for Cho and associates given that they receive 5.5 million
for licence that is dependant on successful trials which are at least 5 years away. In return they pay for the trials but get reimbursed by the Govt and pick up at least a 70% interest in our respiratory assets.
I am inclined to vote against the resolutions.... I have been in this for so long and underwater so far that I am prepared to go under with the ship.
