This qualifies as a bit of a joke ok. The reality is that this is about nothing. I go thru customs often. Just declare that you have some white powder from South America and tell them what it is. It does not matter if lithium is well known to Customs or not. Drugs are and that is what matters. Quickly dealt with. The services of "I put it over them and got it thru" type heroes are not needed here.
