They only state they are removing the old constitution and replacing it with this new one in original AGM notice.
I cannot see anywhere that they have stated what exactly in the constituition they have changed which alarms me because it raises concerns that they are trying their best to hide or make it difficult to see, which is completely against shareholder trust.
Now we have to spend an hour or two to find the differences of what they are doing when they could have just posted the amendments for all to see.
And they wonder why they do not have shareholder backing...
They only state they are removing the old constitution and...
