I ended up buying in at around NTA back in March as even though I think the board lacks integrity, they have their foot on a decent asset in the Gingin landfill.

I will be voting against Resolution 6 - the SBANG secured loan isnt arms length and it reflects very poorly on the so-called independent directors and the IE to whitewash this. Normally I wouldn’t invest in a company with so many conflicts / related party transactions but as I said, the price and underlying asset overrode my governance concerns.
