They can only do 1 SPP per 12 month period so couldn’t do one under the rules.
They could have done a rights issue earlier in the year when all the raises were underway but that would reward holders of Ivz shares and we wouldn’t want that now would we.
Much better to place to SI who have tanked the sp on the day we spud.
Like I said only 7.5 million guarantee in this raise and none of the sophs will vote tranche 2 through if the sp is below cost…..
