Sophs get 15% discount to VWAP and 3:1 free options
Employees get more cash instead of incentives
BoD get more 29c options
NI more shares
And retails ? They're paying the price for this. A corresponding SPP could be a good idea. But wait.... "to much paperwork". A stupid argument imo.
Who has the extra work with a SPP ? Definitely not the roughnecks and engineers in Zimbabwe who are currently doing a great job.
I fully agree to those who want to see first performance and success before being generous.
