How much shareholder money burned on due diligence, flights to U.S. negotiating time etc - and the result is a payout to Phillip Kapp through the ownership of the trust which was again, funded by shareholder money, but where the benefits will now accrue to Kapp.
Really hope someone from the Fin Review or otherwise gets onto this story and goes with it - Kapp makes my "never touch anything associated with him" list along with Patrick Grove and Jamie Pryde now.
