the two new barges should be commissioned and in full swing for a while now.
use of these barges plus a better use of tugs was what TIG had suggested would benefit the loading of the coal and overcome a lot of the down time with weather issues the company had faced last season.
at least it cant be said that the share is barely turning over, its been quite active for a sustained period of late.
