I’m thinking FSA will get a real kick along in 2 H. Come Jan 1 all debt moritoriums end. I am hearing that there will be plenty of legal action to recover debt. Think about the tens (maybe hundreds) of thousands of households who have used up their rainy day savings, are hopelessly in debt and in need of financial assistance in the face of a tidal wave of angry entities wanting payment.
FSA is a silent achiever, brilliantly managed by Tim, but I do agree, they could not only communicate more but promote more. Look at the promotion that Tammy Barton does on TV. She’s been doing it for years, so it must be working. Ask the man in the street about Fox Sykes and you will get a blank stare.
