They are correct- developing and commercialising an expanded partnership with Honeywell will give credibility fir other potential adopters of the technology. Negotiations still afoot I think whatever deal is struck will be multifaceted- as in commercialisation and further development briefs. Honeywell will likely want in on anything ti do with the ADF development project as well. I still reckon this will be their biggest (and quickest) commercial driver for the foreseeable future.
The data/information venture/project does not have anything 'concluded' as yet. To me this implies strongly they are currently in negotiations here as well. You can't 'conclude' something you haven't started....
