The AGM finished with a round of clapping from shareholders present. It has been a long time since that happened.
The CFO confirmed that the FY'24 $10m savings program has been completed already and that the savings in FY'25 will be slightly higher than $10m because of a full 12 months contribution in FY'25.
First strike on Rem Report mainly due to contracted exit packages for the previous CEO and CFO and US sign on benefits (customary in the US) for the new US based CEO and CFO.
The SP is up 2.5% today to $5.30 and a long way from the recent low of $2.75 on 17th Oct'23
I think the Board and Senior Management Team are now on the right track.
