They didn't know management were stupid enough to issue it is the point. Anyone with half a brain knew they were wrong. The fact that the company chooses to release very limited financial information and when it is released it is completely wrong is more concerning.
Even now the term has changed. It is simply Retail Sales, not Retail Sales Value.
Has anyone managed to clarify with the company if it is actual retail sales or it is amount of product shipped to retailers of that retail sales value.
Big difference as retail sales which is in this presentation gives a read through into consumer demand, the retail sales value may simply be the initial stocking of the Walmart channel.
