    It would be difficult to prove that each individual investor purchased their shares based on one slide wouldn't you think? However, if you can cite case law relating to this (In Australia) I stand to be corrected. Otherwise with respect, your 'thinking' what could happen and not referring to precedent set is not legal advice. However, you did say potentially
