    To date Lucapa have been receiving nothing from the JV account except for the "Special Distribution".

    The company announced that the Q1 16 sales generated free cash in excess of the cash funding requirements. With mining ramping up my expectation is that the free cash available for distribution will be increasing.

    With the incorporation of the JV and today's confirmation we will now see money flowing out of the JV to Lucapa.

    Sounds good to me.
