I am offering my opinion, I prefer to base my assessments on facts, not hypothetical, I also do not purport myself to be a guru as you and others appear to.

I take comfort from the fact that my commentary has thus far proven accurate, the SP falling back to a touch above 30 cents post option conversion, and I'll be damned if I listen to someone who cannot understand a basic ratings country downgrade, let alone someone who attempts to spin a downgrade as an upgrade.
