Great to finally have this clarified.
Correct me of I'm wrong but Lucapa will receive:
- 50% of free cash from revenue until alluvial investment repaid
- 50% of free cash distributed to all shareholders as a dividend. Lucapa's share of the remaining 50% will be 40% as per the JV ownership structure
If that's the case, Lucapa will be receiving 70% of free cash flows from the Alluvials and should start to see some serious money flowing through to LOM with mining ramping up.
