I wouldn't be holding your breath unless they are well down the preparation path and have not announced it. The work could be well underway, they just haven't said, but even then it may be years.

I believe a large amount of this has been completed. I'll need to find this in the annual report but on the presentation it does note the enviromental studies have been complete.
