Swami. Yes, I did feel confident we are oversold and that we will will receive substantially more than our shares are trading at today through the value maximisation process. If "something turns up" in our lease preservation activities the sp could experience a substantial jump.
Re the Spearfish litigation - this has been "fully provisioned" on our balance sheet.
A word of caution re my optimism - I have been wrong before on this one!
